Weekend Schedule

Our wedding will be held at Mount Hood Organic Farms on Sunday September 27, though we will be kiki-ing all weekend. We invite our beautiful guests to join us for as many days as you like/are able.

We want this to feel like a vacation, so please feel free to do whatever you’d like during the non-wedding event times! For a list of recommendations, check out our Local Guidebook.

Friday, September 25

Welcome Drinks (optional)

6pm - 9pm

Join us for an alfresco welcome event overlooking the beautiful Columbia River. There will be an open bar, a catered buffet-style dinner, and a great playlist. This night may or may not end up at a karaoke bar - who can say.

Location: The Patio West at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn, located at 1108 E Marina Drive, Hood River, OR 97031.

Attire: Late summer/early fall casual. Collared shirts, dress of any length, dark denim with a cute blouse. Nice but comfortable — just please make sure you have a blazer or light jacket in case it gets chilly!

Saturday, September 26

Welcome Party

10am - 4pm (Open house)

This is an open house-style event — come hang out with us anytime you want between 10am until 4pm. The rest of the day is yours to choose your own adventure. If you’re looking for ideas for how to spend your time, check out our recommendations in the Local Guidebook.

Location: The Garage, located at 323 E Steuben Street, Bingen, WA 98605. (Note: The Garage is across the Hood River Bridge on the Washington state side of the Columbia River.)

Attire: Totally casual — wear anything you’re comfortable in. 

Sunday, September 27

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

3:30pm - 10pm

Location: Mount Hood Organic Farms, located at 7130 Smullin Drive, Mount Hood, OR 97041.

Attire: Formal attire, ideally in our preferred color palette

Monday, September 28

Farewell Brunch (optional)

9am - 12pm
