Friday, September 25

Guests staying at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn can now check-in to their rooms.

General event info: At long last, Dan & Elise’s wedding weekend has arrived - and some of you have made it by now, too! Join us as we kick off the weekend with an alfresco cocktail party overlooking the beautiful Columbia River. We’ll have a catered buffet-style dinner, a full bar, and an immaculate playlist curated by elise & dan. Event optional; all guests welcome, including kids.
Location: The Patio West at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn, located at 1108 E Marina Drive, Hood River, OR 97031. The Patio West is just outside of the same building as the main hotel entrance and lobby, adjacent to Riverside Restaurant - just ask a hotel staff member and they’ll easily direct you to the Patio West.
Attire: Smart-casual - attire that’s nice but comfortable and suitable for the outdoor setting (i.e., collared shirts; dark denim; cute blouses; dresses or jumpsuits of any length). Please wear or bring a warmer layer like a blazer or light jacket in case it gets chilly.

Saturday, September 26

Tour some of the fan-favorite sites along the Gorge, including Multnomah Falls (second highest year-round waterfall in the United States) and nearby waterfalls; the Vista House at Crown Point; and Bonneville Fish Hatchery. The expert tour guide, Keith from Explore the Gorge, will pick up participants at the Best Western in Hood River and return you there hours later. Learn more here.

*What do we mean by “Open house-style”?: Unlike other events this weekend, Saturday’s Welcome Party doesn’t have a fixed start or end time; instead, we encourage our guests to come and leave whenever you want between 10am and 4pm. This way, guests have more flexibility for planning your days and exploring the incredibly rich local scene, and Elise & Dan (who will be at the Welcome Party for the full time) still have ample time to bond with you today.

General event info: stop by our laidback Welcome Party to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. We’ll mostly be hanging out and socializing with a few fun activities throughout the day - for the children, we’ll have a local artist painting faces between 11am-1pm, and for sports-inclined folks, we have access to a full basketball court (knockout, anyone?!). We’ll have food and drinks set up throughout the day - specifically, a fresh fruit spread in the morning; pizzas from Solstice Pizzeria paired with delicious Oregon pinot for the afternoon; and tea, coffee, and water available all day long.
Location: The Garage, located at 323 E Steuben Street, Bingen, WA 98605. Note the Washington state address; from Hood River, it’s about a 10 minute drive that includes crossing the Columbia River by via the Hood River Bridge.
Attire: Totally casual — wear anything you’re comfortable in.

5 PM to 8 PM - Intimate, family-only Rehearsal Dinner | The Quinn and Zolli/Tierney families will be gathering for an intimate rehearsal dinner. For more info about the intimate rehearsal dinner, please check your mailed invitations or contact Elise.

General event info: We know this may not be an option for many of you, as you’ll have to return to your lives this morning - but we wanted to offer you a chance to grab breakfast before heading out of town. Stop by and slam some breakfast if you have to, or take your time and revel in the weekend with Elise, Dan, and our families :)
Location: The Shoreline Room at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn, located at 1108 E Marina Drive, Hood River, OR 97031. The Shoreline Room is located within the same building as the main hotel entrance and lobby, east of the Riverside Restaurant - just ask a hotel staff member and they’ll easily direct you to the Shoreline Room.
Attire: Totally casual — wear anything you’re comfortable in.
